Wembley Family Medical Practice is a busy practice and we receive many calls during the day for doctors’ appointments.  We understand that things come up from time to time that prevent you from keeping an appointment.  If you have made an appointment and are unable to keep it, please notify our Practice as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient in need.

 

Our automated text message service will send a text message to your mobile number reminding you that you have an appointment.  

 

You may receive an account should you fail to notify the Practice of a cancellation at least two hours prior to the appointment time and you should be aware that this fee does not attract a Medicare rebate.
